For 100 years, Camps Leelanau and Kohahna have been providing top-notch camp programs that allow young Christian Scientists to learn about their true identity, shed limitations, and deepen their understanding of Christian Science.

The Camps continue to operate on the core principles established by founders Maude and Skipper Beals, including integrity, unselfishness, and a commitment to excellence as part of each camp experience.  Summer programs today include various activities, from water skiing to glass bead making, from ziplines to horseback riding, sports and athletics, dance, music, and rock climbing, all providing learning opportunities that translate into valuable skills for everyday life.  Our programs have expanded beyond the summer weeks to include a Christian Science Men’s Weekend, Harvest Weekend for Women, Family Camp, and the Leelanau Outdoor Center.  All of these programs provide a nurturing atmosphere where young people and adults learn to value our founding principles in themselves and others while having the time of their lives and, at the same time, preparing themselves for leadership roles in the future.

We invite you to join Camp and to be part of this mission. Relying on the many blessings that result from goodness lived and expressed, Camps Leelanau and Kohahna trust this Principle to support our needs. We are exceedingly grateful for the ongoing provision expressed in prayerful, financial, and volunteer backing that helps to keep the Camps operating at the highest levels of excellence.

Every gift to Camp brings blessings to our campers as they continue to share these blessings with others, proving that love is reflected in even more goodness!
