Military Weekend

Every few years, Christian Science Military Weekend is held over Labor Day Weekend for all U.S. military personnel. Active duty, reserve, and retired military men and women who practice Christian Science and Christian Scientists whose spouses are in the military are all invited. In addition, spouses and family members who aren’t Christian Scientists are welcome to attend.

Surrounded by Michigan’s Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Military Weekend at Camps Leelanau and Kohahna provides a gorgeous setting filled with fun activities, excellent food, and time to get to know other military men and women!

The pure, refreshing beauty of northern Michigan‘s Pyramid Point provides the ideal setting for a long weekend filled with activities, challenges, relaxation, and peace.

Relax in spacious cabins lining breezy bluffs overlooking Lake Michigan. Enjoy morning and evening inspirational meetings and a Sunday church service for the whole family. This long weekend is packed with fun, healing, beauty, and new adventures!
